Using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, I structure learning experiences that align with adult learning principles and real-world workflows.

3️⃣ Content Development

I develop scalable digital learning assets including:

• Articulate Storyline modules

• Rise microlearning

• job aids and performance support tools

• scenario-based learning experiences

4️⃣Implementation

Content is deployed through LMS platforms using SCORM-compliant packages and integrated with onboarding and operational training programs.

5️⃣ Evaluation & Iteration

I analyze learner feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input to refine learning materials and continuously improve training outcomes.
