My Design Process

My instructional design process is rooted in performance analysis and real-world application. I use a structured approach to ensure every learning solution aligns with business goals and measurable outcomes.

I follow a structured ADDIE-based approach, adapted for real-world business needs and rapid development cycles. 

Analyze

• Identify business problem and desired outcomes  

• Define performance gaps and root causes  

Design

• Develop measurable learning objectives aligned to business goals  

• Design scenario-based interactions and decision points  

Develop

• Develop interactive learning in Storyline 360 and Rise 360  

• Create supporting visuals, job aids, and performance support tools  

Implement

• Deploy learning solutions via LMS or web-based platforms  

Evaluate

• Measure learning effectiveness and performance improvement  

• Gather learner feedback and identify opportunities for optimization

This process ensures that every learning solution is practical, measurable, and directly aligned to real-world performance needs.
