Goal
To enhance leadership communication and conflict resolution skills among newly promoted supervisors within a corporate environment.
Problem
Many early-career supervisors struggle with managing interpersonal team dynamics and lack the confidence to handle workplace conflict effectively. This often results in unresolved issues, decreased morale, and lower team productivity. A needs analysis revealed that traditional policy-based training was not equipping supervisors with the behavioral and communication skills necessary for real-world conflict scenarios.
Solution
A scenario-based eLearning module developed using Articulate Storyline 360, incorporating branching decision paths and feedback-driven interactions. Learners navigate realistic workplace situations, select communication strategies, and receive immediate feedback to strengthen leadership judgment and emotional intelligence. The design blends behavioral psychology principles with modern instructional design strategies to simulate authentic workplace conversations.
Results
An interactive, learner-driven course that empowers supervisors to identify early signs of conflict, apply active listening techniques, and implement resolution strategies that align with company values and leadership competencies.

Goal
The goal of this Rise 360 training was to prepare newly hired sales associates to confidently support customers purchasing the monthly homebrewing kit, specifically the Mint Chocolate Stout edition. The training focuses on product familiarity, brewing fundamentals, and customer guidance so associates can provide clear, accurate, and engaging product support.
Problem / Need
New sales associates were struggling to explain the ingredients, tools, and brewing steps included in the monthly kit. Many lacked the foundational brewing knowledge required to answer customer questions or troubleshoot basic issues, resulting in inconsistent customer experience and decreased confidence during sales interactions.
Solution
I designed and developed an interactive Rise 360 training module that introduces associates to the creative brewing process, demonstrates the purpose and use of each tool in the kit, and walks learners through each step of the Mint Chocolate Stout recipe. The module includes step-by-step visuals, interactive product breakdowns, knowledge checks, and downloadable resources that allow learners to apply and reinforce key concepts.
Results
This solution provides a structured, easy-to-follow training experience that builds confidence and product mastery. Sales associates can complete the training independently and apply the information immediately on the sales floor, resulting in more consistent guidance, more knowledgeable conversations with customers, and improved understanding of the homebrewing process.
